Welcome to Your
Third Baby-Step:

ACT through ART

Advocate-Care-Teach
Through
Ambition-Retrospection-Transformation

Sure, But How?

We Proclaim Our Value (POV).

Our individual and collective value

is the bedrock of our six life-care services.

For the first step, we help one another.

For the second step, we began to mend.

Then, here, for the third step, if we dare,

we just ask ourselves a few questions.

Then for the fourth step found on the

next page, we proclaim our answers

(Or, at least our inquiries).

Eazy~Peazy, yes?

We can keep our answers to the

following questions confidential,

or,

We may find sharing them (storytelling)

to be constructive and cathartic.

(Hint: Our answers to the nine

presented questions are how

we, “ACT thru ART.”)

Therefore, we propose:

As we mend, we are best served if we

share the ways we heal our worry and wounds.

Of course, there is a catch … for all of us.

And we have one request, too.

So, to proceed, let us review

the fine print and hints:

Come, you can do it.

The One Catch for All:

We must begin or end our work

with an expression of love.

It can be original or a citation of

another text, song, psalm or poem.

(Be sure to cite its source.)

The One Request for All:

Share your Subjective Catharsis

(as a special someone taught us).

Your unique bedrock of beliefs

yields your capacity to transcend.

It is the source of your resilience

and strength to persevere.

Intrigued but unsure where to start?

Here is a hint:

When were you first told, or told someone,

“That’s just what we do?”

Not enough?

Hints for Your consideration:

(Just nine simple introspective questions)

But we have a problem. It's that thing, "Thru."
It's not really a word is it, but it insists on acting like one.
Do we have to recognize it just because it wants to be included?
